The excellent people at Apple so kindly replaced my dead ipod with a shiny new one, no questions asked. so. although i'm not getting any monetary reward whatsoever for this free advertisement, i'd like to say.. HanNy hearts Apple!
I'm not sure if waking up at ungodly hours is taking its toll, or that i'm simply more vulnerable to bugs, but i'm sick. headachesorethroatcoughfever. and the doctor actually laughed at me when i told her i teach p.e. LAUGHED! sho sad. perhaps i'm just a pathetic excuse of a sportsman. sigh.
but i like it. i like walking to suntec in the peace of the dawn to take the bus; the morning smell, sounds and empty roads, so rare later in the day. what i do not like, however, is trying to swing in to the new environment. i don't like it that i'm not breathlessly busy, i don't like it that there's so much time for myself. but i suppose once i turn permanent - a big 'if' at this moment- that will all probably change. cuz, as alluring as wearing tshirt and shorts to work everyday is, i still yearn for a more fast-paced environment.
oh well we'll see how.
