Let it slide

have been running the past few days; thighs are aching like crazy to show for it. how pathetic. just 2 weeks of non-activity, and my body rebels so. running alone is.. suffocating. the rhythmic pounding of feet on the gravel, the lungs ready to burst, trying to keep the back ramrod straight, eyes looking forward. while all these are happening, so many thoughts on my mind, threatening to burst out and drown me in their moroseness. and yet with the pain comes the desire to run, run, run. if i were a guy it'd be lovely to run topless. sigh.

i think people, especially friends, should have more open communication. the failure to do so opens up so many opportunities for things to be misunderstood, misinterpreted. of course, with some acquaintances, the effort one has to go through is simply not worth it. but if someone means something, then why not?

i'm so lazy! still no idea what to cook for the bbq. and training schedule for the december holidays exists somewhere between the pile of rugby books on my desk and my imagination. i sit here, complaining i'm bored and have nothing to do, while there ARE things to be done. haha i'm so ineffecient. wana help? :)

rose essence from the body shop is sho nice! have been burning it with a vengeance these past few days. i like! ^^

no point mulling over things i have little control over. i owe it to the rugby girls to plan a fun chalet, and a useful and comprehensive training program for december. i owe it to my invited guests to serve yummy food (sorry chicken wing lovers, none to be served no that night- too much trouble). i owe it to myself to get fit for ihg, and to not be so hard on myself.

so. i'm gonna let it slide. do what you want to do, but don't confuse me anymore.
