to send out an email at 6:30 a.m, requiring me to submit a reflection to her by the end of the day?
"Appreciate if you can fill this in and send it to me by today. I need information to complete a report that I need to submit to NIE. Please be as comprehensive as you can so that I can write in positive report"
so if mine is not comprehensive, she's going to write a negative one and i'll fail T*P1? but you see darling, your ability to comprehend my writing does not depend on me, i believe. and writing in complete sentences in emails sent out to the trainees is so passe, yes?of course a grammar check is simply beyond the imagination of a *gasp* S*T. so unprofessional; she needs a lesson in comm skills, i believe there was this little section on writing emails properly *snigger*
and when i have almost back-to-back lessons. so many relief periods. other lesson plans to do. work to mark. how do you expect me to write a 'comprehensive' reflection which will dictate the tone of her report? but of course she needs to depend on a rushed reflection; she never did observe any of my lessons oh dear now the report is due what is she supposed to do? since the only time she communicates with us lowly trainees are to tell us life-changing things like 'please do not stand at the back of the hall to talk during flag raising' 'please assist the teachers in maintaining discipline' yada yada yada, what is she supposed to base her report on? basic pleasantries like a simple greeting or a smile is already beyond some teachers' capabilities here. perhaps i'm expecting too much haha oh well

me: i just had 3 straight P*E lessons and i just sat down
ART: me too what i just had 3 lessons too
me: but you don't see me going around calling other people slack, do you?

ART: teach P*E very slack hor
me: you teach under the sun for 2, 3 hours, yelling at kids then you tell me if it's slack or not
ART: but i always see you so relaxed
me: why bother being stressed? gee i'm sorry i can complete my work so quickly that i don't have to slave over something for too long
